Once upon a time when the main means of communication aside phone call was Facebook and 2go. Thereafter, WhatsApp, Instagram, telegram came to existence. Later on, Snapchat was also introduced into the system. Along the way, I got to know that it can also be used to capture mind blowing moments and snap pictures. And so on a beautiful day, I decided to make use of it. Surprisingly, I was able to take a duplicated image of myself with it. I was whoa by the result I got. It came out excellently well.

This scenario made me have a deep thought on how the youths and teenagers live their lives of which I found out that a larger percentage of them neglect their originality and imbibe the act of living a fake life. They choose to present themselves to people with what and who they are not instead of being real, simple and sincere. Your living should not be to satisfy men, your focus should be God because in your quest to please men, you will end up living below the standard of God for your life.

A good example of people found in this category are children who appear innocent when they are at home with their parents but live a different life when they get to their various institutions. Of what gain? You think you are smart by dressing like an angel at home and dress like a prostitute in school.

Who are you deceiving? Your parents, uncles, aunts? Come off it! You are deceiving yourself and doing yourself more harm than good. Changing your environment should not lure you to do what you are not suppose to do. After all, you are not the first to leave the umbrella of your parent. Daniel who was also a youth like you left his father’s house to a new environment (palace) but in the midst of it, he propose in his heart not to defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat.
