CAN GOD TRUST YOU?
As much as I do not want to shake this table, I have been prompted severally to put this to writing. The world is so crowded with different set of people even to the point of finding it hard to identify who a Christian is. When I say “Christian”, I mean people who are Christlike and not those who just attend services but deny the life therein. I mean those who are into a correct “Relationship with God” and not into “Religiosity”.

The society has helped us to package and rebrand stupidity as norms. And so, all we do is to blend with it. Some cultures are gradually becoming old-school all in the name of “Civilization”. Even the religious values are barely allowed to find expression. We all are clamoring for change but it will not come unless we go back to the ancient landmark of our fathers.

Why contemplate on selling yourself on the altar of immorality because of challenges? As a lady, why do you choose to use your virginity as what you have to give in other to get what you want? I know you need that job, admission, financial assistance, increase CGPA, promotion, but do you think getting it in an ungodly way is the best?

Dear Sis, it’s never the best! Stop selling your dignity and glory on the altar of immorality. I’m sure you might heard of the saying that, “There are no real men, all men are scammers”. That’s a lie from the pit of hell! God still have sons who have proposed in their heart not to defile themselves. There are still men who have chosen not to bow down to the goddess of fornication and unrighteousness.

Do you want to tell me that the present days is different from that of old? It’s of no difference. How? Because civilization was also in place after the fall of Adam&Eve in the days of old. The economy was also not favorable at that time but those who are genuinely for God stood for Him.

Can you now see you have no excuse? You might have also been told that God will forgive you if you defile yourself and go back to Him. Of course, He will but the consequence (spiritual, physical, emotional, health wise) stays with you. The antedote is not to try, prevention is better than cure. And if by mistake or ignorance, you fell in the past, go to God, He will receive you and as He do so, never go back to your vomit.
